Tasks of the Committee
- Prepare manuals and regulations for security and safety in all facilities of the College.
- Follow up the performance of the security and safety systems in the college through the forms and tools prepared for this.
- Identify the needs of the college to ensure the security and safety of the employees and students of the college and follow up on their provision.
- Coordinate with the competent authorities in raising awareness and training the staff of the college on security and safety measures and familiarize them with the means of prevention to be taken.
- Follow up the implementation of evacuation, security and safety programs for emergency cases in the college.
- Ensure the application of safety conditions and rules to ensure the protection of the staff and students of the college during the implementation of works within the college.
- Coordinate with other committees within the college in their respective fields.
- Prepare a complete and comprehensive report at the end of the academic year containing complete statistics and performance indicators if any.
