Unit Tasks
- Identify the training needs of faculty, administrators and students.
- Organizing and implementing specialized quality training programs for faculty members, administrators and students.
- Determine the numbers of trainees in each training program and follow up on attendance and absence.
- Evaluate training programs and make the necessary recommendations.
- Prepare a quarterly plan for training programs.
- Recommend building strategic partnerships with training institutions and entities.
- Preparing and issuing certificates of attendance at training courses.
- Coordinate with other committees within the college in their respective fields.
- Prepare a complete and comprehensive report at the end of the academic year containing complete statistics and performance indicators if any.
