- Handing over the results of graduation projects to department heads for approval.
- Archive graduation projects in all scientific departments in the college.
- Coordination with other committees within the college, each within its jurisdiction.
- Preparing a complete and comprehensive report at the end of the academic year that contains complete statistics and performance indicators.
